Tiger Nation,

We are immensely grateful for the overwhelming support you have extended to our organization, team, and families since we began our journey in starting our organization.

During my initial spring recruiting tour across Tiger Nation, the excitement of joining the Carolina Tigers grew with each city we visited.

The passion of our fans is truly unparalleled.

We are dedicated to forging a new future, one that values discipline, toughness, attention to detail, accountability, integrity, and above all, teamwork.

Our goal is to profoundly impact our players' lives, ensuring they achieve success during and after their time with us. We strive to foster their growth, engagement, networking, and relationship-building.

As we usher in a new era of women's tackle football, we remain committed to advancing the sport and focusing on the professional growth of our athletes. This commitment is embodied in our TigerStrong program, a comprehensive initiative designed to equip our Tigers with essential life skills beyond the gridiron, including financial literacy, micro-internships, networking, mentorship, agent education, NIL, and community service.

On the field, we aim to deliver a style of football that instills pride in our players, staff, and the entire Tiger Nation.

These past two months have shown us the resilience and passion inherent in Tigers, no matter the conditions.

Rest assured, no one holds higher expectations for what we aim to achieve than I do.

Success here requires a team effort. Every role is crucial, from our fans who give their all in the stands to each member of our staff. We all must adopt a championship mindset in everything we undertake.

You are a vital part of this team, and we eagerly anticipate your presence at our first Carolina Tigers game next spring as we continue on our path to a bright future.

Go Tigers!
